Dubrovnik July 24

Day 1

Initially we couldn't decide whether we wanted to stay here longer than a day and in the end we decided that a day would suffice. We wanted to spend day two relaxing on a beach but we figured we should stick more to the touristy aspect of our trip. We left Krakow and arrived in Dubrovnik for $498 which included one stop in Norway for a total flight time of 6hrs35mins. We didn't really find much to do in Dubrovnik, it seemed to be more of s destination to relax at. But of course we fished out something. Right away when we were flying in I noticed the city walls. They were huge. Originally used to keep the Turks out because of the constant threat of war. The walls in lose the whole old town which we also visited. It was nice. We walked through small alley ways, ate in Cafes, did some shopping and over all enjoyed a day on the town. That is basically what we did most of the day. We also enjoyed a couple hours at the beach because we needed a little relaxation even if we didn't really want it. Our trip was coming to an end, one more country and it was all over. I don't know if we were emotionally prepared for it to end, it had been nothing but s great experience and hopefully something of the sort will happen to us again. Anyways, our flight left at night so we would be in Greece the next morning. Toodles till then!
